WIll Ratelle and Blaine McConnell have come together to bring their two training philosophies into one collaborative program. This program is 9 weeks of 5-6 days a week with the focus on creating stronger, more powerfully capable athletes. Whether you are a weekend warrior, training enthusiast or competitive athlete. The vison of W2 is to provide athletes a service that will aid in them taking their sports performance to a higher level. Other than providing programs, We provide consulting for sports teams as well. Our goal is to raise the bar of performance for athletes and also to provide programs and information for adults who just want to be healthier. If you are a serious athlete, a parent who only has limited time to exercise, or a former athlete who still wants to stay lean and athletic, W2 Performance is for you.
About Will Ratelle
Will Ratelle is a NCAA Division I strength and conditioning coach at the University of North Dakota, working with football, basketball, volleyball and tennis athletes.
Prior to working in the performance field, he spent time as a professional football player, spending time with the Atlanta Falcons, Kansas City Chiefs, and Saskatchewan Roughriders (CFL).
He has a passion for solving problems to issues and questions with his athletes regarding performance issues. He takes a principled approach to his training philosophy while also critically thinking about important topics in the field.
