This program covers most shoulder-related issues* for 2 reasons:
- It’s Comprehensive
It might be called Shoulder Resilience, but you can’t get through this program without also seeing significant improvements in your arms, back, and trunk. We wanted to leave no stone unturned. - It’s Customizable
Many aspects are customizable, so you get to tailor the program to fit your specific goals and needs.
* This program was not specifically designed to help with Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder)

How Will This Program Help Me?
Our exercise selection and programming are based on the research, our experience working with thousands of people like you in-person and online over the years, and our desire to help you become more confident, capable, and resilient.
By progressing through this program, you should notice significant improvements in the strength, range of motion, and stability of your shoulders, as well as your arms, back, and trunk.
- We want you to feel confident when walking your dog, picking up your child, or planning that fun trip with your family.
- We want you to feel more than capable of lifting overhead, playing basketball with friends, or performing household chores.
- We want you to feel more resilient than ever before, so you’re not constantly thinking about your shoulder or letting it control certain aspects of your life.
- We want movement for you to become thoughtless and fearless.

Shoulder Resilience includes two completely unique programs:
1. Basic Program
This program was created for the busy professional, student, or stay-at-home parent who needs to make the most of their time. Minimal time and equipment required while still achieving maximal results. Don’t let the name fool you – this program is highly effective.
- Duration: 16 weeks (4 Phases)
We systematically designed the program to guide you in selecting the appropriate starting phase, ensuring you maximize the benefits of each and every workout. - Frequency: 3-4 days/week
Exercises are to be performed every other day. - Training Sessions: 20-25 minutes
The length of each session will depend on rest times, the current phase of the program, and exercise selection. - Equipment: Minimal
Access to light weights and bands is required.
2. Total Upper Body Program
This program stays true to its name – no stone is left unturned here.
- Duration: 16 weeks (4 Phases)
We systematically designed the program to guide you in selecting the appropriate starting phase, ensuring you maximize the benefits of each and every workout. - Frequency: 3 days/week
You will perform a full upper body workout 2 times per week and shoulder accessory exercises 1 time per week. - Training Sessions: 20-75 minutes
The length of each session will depend on rest times, the current phase of the program, and exercise selection. - Equipment: Gym Preferred
The program can be done with dumbbells, bands, and a bench, but is done optimally at the gym.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click “VIEW” to view details and download the course.
