  This comprehensive program will not only have your lower back feeling stronger and better than ever before, but you will also see significant improvements in the strength of your knees, hips, and trunk.
• Increase Mobility
  If you want to improve the mobility of your spine, we’ve got you covered. We’ve included customizable exercise categories aimed at improving your spine range of motion, as well as the mobility of your hips, groin, and hamstrings.
• Improve Overall Fitness
  Our science-based exercise programming, supplemental step tracker, and educational resources will promote an increase in your overall physical activity – a key component in the management of low back pain.

How Will This Program Help Me?

Our exercise selection and programming are based on the research, our experience working with thousands of people like you in-person and online over the years, and our desire to help you become more confident, capable, and resilient.

By progressing through this program, you should notice significant improvements in the strength, range of motion, and control of your lower back, as well as your trunk, hips, and knees.

• We want you to feel confident when walking your dog, picking up your child, or planning that fun trip with your family.
• We want you to feel more than capable of performing deadlifts in the gym, playing sports with friends, or going on that long hike on the weekend.
• We want you to feel more resilient than ever before, so you’re not constantly thinking about your low back or letting it control certain aspects of your life.
• We want movement for you to become thoughtless and fearless.

If you didn’t know where to start or how to move forward, we’ve taken the guesswork out for you.

• Duration: 16 weeks
  However, its scalability and versatility allow it to be performed multiple times while continuing to make progress.
• Frequency: 3 days/week
  We’ve also included optional exercises that can be done on the other days.
• Training Sessions: 25-75 minutes
  The length of each session will depend on rest times, the current phase of the program, and exercise selection.
