What You’ll Learn In Slow Flow
Chapter 1: PRESENCE
You start your journey slowly by cocooning, setting roots, and protecting your sacred boundaries. You will hold space for yourself and reconnect to your soul through soft and mantra driven movement.
You’ll feel into classes like:
- Neck to Nectar
This yin yoga class guides you to release energy trapped in your throat chakra, in your neck, your jaw, and allows you to speak your truth and express yourself fully.
- Deep Core Anchor
This strong but soft flow will guide you to awaken your core and your deeper truth. You will find strength and connect to your body by feeling into your essence.
- Reiki Rising
The Japanese practice of Reiki is a beautiful technique for introspection and self love. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, how to care for it, by moving energy that you already have accessible within you.
Chapter 2: TRANSFORMATION
The 7 diverse and beautifully designed classes this week will invite you to stay connected to your true self, and at the same time slowly transition out of your shell and into a space of expansive transformation.
You’ll get to experience classes like:
- Hips Like Honey
Come flow sweetly and release those stuck and tight hips. There is a lot of stagnant energy in there, so get ready to let it go, and feel lighter and renewed.
- Embrace the Wobble
This balance based flow is not about how well you can keep still, but about how well you can laugh at yourself, smile with yourself, have fun, and just wobble away.
- The Cosmic Lengthening
In this yin yoga class, you will tap into the cosmic energy within you and stretch your body real good. You will give space, take up space, and bask in space.
Chapter 3: RELEASE
This week is all about learning to let go of what no longer serves you, and deepening the connection between your body and your mind. The classes of this week are deeply nourishing and potent ways of release.
You’ll enjoy classes like:
- Liquid Moves
In this nourishing and mindful flow, you will reconnect to your spine, to its fluid movements, and ignite a softness within. Get ready to move like water, be liquid, be yours.
- The Alchemy of Release
This yin yoga practice invites you to unglue your hips, your glutes, and find some much needed breathing space in your body.
- Energy Work
Tai chi is an ancient practice that is all about your life energy and moving in accordance with it. Through this practice you learn how to listen to your body, how to feel into it.
Chapter 4: REBIRTH
The last week of SLOW FLOW is in the name of rebirth. You are invited on a beautiful journey that sets you free and calls in the new and best you.
You’ll move through classes like:
- Empowered Warrior
You are a fearless being and you can express that fearlessness through movement. This class will encourage you to tap into your strength and fierceness, but in a soft and grounded way.
- Vibe High to the Sky
This flowy class will lift you up from wherever you are right now. Stretching to the sky, rooting strongly, extending even more so, you will experience what it means to move with an expansive power.
- State of Surrender
In this yin yoga class, it’s time for complete and utter surrender. Surrender to what is, surrender to the floor, surrender to yourself. It really is a beautiful act.

Hi, I’m Manu,
I’m a yoga, movement, and meditation teacher, and I guide people back to themselves through inner work and acceptance.
As someone who struggled transitioning from a goal oriented yoga and movement routine into a feeling based one, I know how tough it can be, and I truly believe everyone deserves to be guided and shown the path to a deep soul remembrance.
