How Will This Program Help Me?

Our exercise selection and programming are based on the research, our experience working with thousands of people like you in-person and online over the years, and our desire to help you become more confident, capable, and resilient.

By progressing through this program, you should notice significant improvements in the strength, range of motion, and capacity of your neck, thoracic spine, and shoulders.

• We want you to feel confident when walking your dog, picking up your child, or planning that fun trip with your family.
• We want you to feel more than capable of lifting overhead, golfing with friends, or going on that long hike on the weekend.
• We want you to feel more resilient than ever before, so you’re not constantly thinking about your symptoms or letting it control certain aspects of your life.
• We want movement for you to become thoughtless and fearless.

If you didn’t know where to start or how to move forward, we’ve taken the guesswork out for you.

• Duration: 16 weeks
  However, its scalability and versatility allow it to be performed multiple times while continuing to make progress.
• Frequency: 3 days/week
  We’ve also included optional exercises that can be done on the other days.
• Training Sessions: 15-45 minutes
  The length of each session will depend on rest times, the current phase of the program, and exercise selection.
